Solemn event dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.

November 5, 2021 in the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" was held an event dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan under the aegis of "The role of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan in the formation of the legislative system of the country".

At the beginning of the event the Chairman of the Board of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" Ikromi S.S. congratulated all the employees of the bank and in their person the proud people of the country on the Constitution Day.

It was noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan as the heritage of the nation is the most important document, which symbolizes the statehood and sovereignty, guarantees the prosperous life of the happy people of our country.

The Constitution declares that the main task of the state is to ensure the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Tajikistan. This has been recognized as one of the fundamental goals of the Constitution.

The historical significance of the Constitution is reflected primarily in the fact that this most important act laid the foundation for peace, stability and national unity and has become a key factor in ensuring the stability of the political life of the Tajik society.

The invited guests, member of the working group on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, Doctor of Law, Professor Ismoilov Shavkat Makhmudovich and Advisor of the Chairman of the Board at the Security and Problem Loans Department, PhD Fathiddinov Vaysiddin also spoke at the event and it was noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan reflects the reality of independence and freedom of the homeland, development of the state and progress of Tajik civilized nation. Adoption of the Constitution of independent Tajikistan is one of the most important events in the modern history of the Tajik people and a great achievement of the people of the country. The experience of adoption of the Constitution in the countries of the world, including Tajikistan, clearly shows that it is inseparably linked with state independence as a very important political document and the highest legal document.
